Maintenance work

To ensure smooth and continuous operation of the railcar loading facility, it is necessary to perform regular technical maintenance. In accordance with the operation and maintenance manual, inspection and maintenance should be carried out once annually. During the inspection, minor repairs and maintenance work will be performed, along with adjustments and safety-related function tests. Any further repairs or potential improvements will be discussed and planned together.

Service hotline

Establishing a service hotline can facilitate optimal support for clients in addressing and resolving operational issues with the facility. This enables effective assistance to the client based on their specific needs. To successfully provide support, it is necessary to grant SCHERZER Umwelttechnik GmbH the ability to access the client's network and systems being managed via remote control 24 hours a day.

As a rule, we provide a spare parts offer for the two-year operation upon delivery of the facility. Furthermore, we take care of central spare parts supply from a single source.
