Quality Policy
The management of the company group Dipl.-Ing. SCHERZER GmbH and SCHERZER Umwelttechnik GmbH represents the Quality Policy outlined below. The Quality Policy for our group of companies stems from the provisions in our Quality Management System.
Since its initial certification by TÜV-Nord in January 1996, this has served as a guideline for the processing and execution of the engineering and plant construction tasks assigned to us. The Quality Management System, applicable to the entire group of companies, has been continuously developed and improved. With the major revision of DIN ISO 9001:2015, the changed standard requirements were reviewed and implemented into the already existing processes, resulting in the successful re-certification of the companies in February 2017.
Since the establishment of Dipl.-Ing. SCHERZER GmbH in 1966 and SCHERZER Umwelttechnik GmbH in 2006, aiming for high quality while incorporating the economic and ecological requirements of the involved parties—customers, suppliers, legislators and authorities, partner banks, and insurance companies—has always been a key component of the business policy. With these high quality standards, even in competition, the company has been able to establish a leading market position.
Over the years, it has become clear how important maintaining contact with customers is even after the completion and handover of a facility. We remain a key partner for our customers in operating their facilities, particularly through the conclusion of maintenance contracts or inspections of the facilities. This ensures that the high quality of the facilities planned and built by Dipl.-Ing. SCHERZER GmbH is maintained long-term and can even be enhanced with market advancements, such as through modernizations. The high quality and reliability of the facilities planned and built by Dipl.-Ing. SCHERZER GmbH, the services provided in the engineering sector, and the after-sales support provided by SCHERZER Umwelttechnik GmbH, are based on the excellent technical know-how, creativity, sophisticated technical achievements, and high flexibility in adapting to customer wishes by our staff. Thus, ensuring quality is the responsibility of every employee.
The management fully identifies with the existing Quality Management System. They are responsible for it, set objectives, monitor their achievement, and support all measures that can lead to further improvements, taking into account risks and opportunities.
The goal of the management is to promote quality awareness based on the mandatory code of conduct for all employees, the guidelines from the HSE, as well as IT and data protection policies, and also to enhance each employee's professional qualification level and competence. The management of the company group Dipl.-Ing.
