Single- and Serial loading
Railcar loading systems are classified in terms of the required daily or annual output. This results in the technology of the railcar loading process with different filling systems.
Loading systems with individual top loading arms
Loading systems with individual top loading arms are filling points with a filling system from above and a low filling point output. These systems are used for setting up railcars when there are low daily or annual outputs and where space is limited.
Serial loading facilities
Serial loading systems are extended loading systems with a large number of top loading arms that are set up in a row. All railcar domes are opened, the top loading arm is manually inserted into the railcar and the filling process for each individual railcar is carried out almost simultaneously. This version is usually used when only one product is being loaded and the same railcar types (lengths) are always waiting for loading.
